Construction

SIGMA MIXER as the name suggest consist of Sigma shaped twin blade fitted in 'W' shaped container. The 'W' shaped Container is made of Material of construction Mild steel, Stainless Steel grade 304 or 316. A jacket of Mild steel is provided on the outer side of the Container for heating or cooling as per the Process application. The Sigma Mixer container is also provided with a Lid, Simple or Air tight to get vacuum if needed. There are two mixing Blades of Sigma shaped casted and duly finished which contra rotates inside the container at different speeds. The shaft of the Blades is mounted on Four Bearing Housing with Gland Pusher support to the make the container leak proof ensuring longer life of the blades.

 

Drive

Drive consist of Motor, Reduction Gear Box, Machine Cut Spur Gears, Coupling etc. The Reduction Gear of reputed make is coupled to the Driver Shaft on which Machine Cut Spur gear is fitted driving the second blade. Gear Box is driven by Motor through 'V' Belt.


 

Stand

The SIGMA MIXER is mounted on Mild Steel fabricated stand of suitable strength to ensure Vibration and Noise free working of the Mixer.

 

Features

SIGMA MIXER is the most versatile machine to mix two viscous to high viscous material in powder-powder, powder-liquid or semi-liquid (paste) form. The two Sigma Blades of the Mixer contra rotates inwards in the container to achieve end to end movement of the material to be mixed ensuring uniform and thorough mixing in short time period. The Mixer container can be easily tilted manually or through Pinion and gear arrangement motorized for higher capacies. Heaters can be provided in the jacket as optional arrangement.

Ribbon Blender

Ribbon Blender are mostly used by Detergent powder, Pharmaceutical Powder, Talcum Powder manufacturing in Chemical, Plastic, Paints, Food and allied industry. GMP model is provided to Pharmaceutical & Food Industry. We offer Ribbon Blender from 25 Ltrs to 10,000 Ltrs in Material of contraction Mild Steel and Stainless Steel and also in GMP grade.


 

Construction

Ribbon Blender as the name suggest consist of SemiCylindrical shell inside which rotates Spiral Inner and outer Ribbon type Blades along the central shaft. The Ribbon Blades are so designed so that the Powder or Semi wet material of different densies get homogenously mixed. The Outer Blades pushes the material towards the centre of the Blender and Inner blades pushes the material on the two ends of the Blender to get thorough and homogenous mixing. A lid is provided on the top opening of the Blender Material Discharge is done through Sliding valve at the boom of the blender. A hopper or grilled opening is provided on the top Lid if required.

 

Drive

The drive is designed to give maintenance and trouble free performance. The Blender is Mounted on MS Channel Fabricated Structure. The Shaft is coupled to the Reduction Gear Box with Flexible coupling. The Reduction Gear Box directly coupled or driven by Motor using V belt pulley.

 

Ribbon Blade

Ribbon blades can be designed in single part & two part as shown in the picture. The outer ribbon blades pushes the material at the centre of the container & simultaneously the inner ribbon blades pushes the material at the either ends of the container.
